Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Do We Accept Returns?
Yes, Recovr accepts returns for all products, provided the return request is submitted within 14 days and the item meets the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- The order confirmation or packing slip must be included
Returns Are Accepted For:
- Change of mind / wrong item ordered – Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items – We provide a free return shipping label
How to Start a Return:

Contact Us
Send an email to info@recovr.com before returning any item. -
Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with further instructions. -
Pack the Item
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories. -
Include the RA Number
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
Return Shipping
- Defective/damaged/incorrect item: A free downloadable return label will be provided
- Change of mind: Customer must arrange and pay for return shipping
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Do We Accept Exchanges?
Yes, but only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
For all other cases:
- Submit a return request
- After approval, place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@recovr.com, including photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution (replacement, exchange, or refund).
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
